ARE PRICES IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS?

YES. Kambamboo is an Australian business. Prices listed on the www.kambamboo.com online shop are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD + PAY PAL?

YES. We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa and also PayPal.

 

CAN I PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT?

YES. We accept payment by direct deposit. When using this method, please include your order number as the transaction reference. Your order will be sent out once we have confirmed that the payment has been received. If we have not received payment within 2 business days, your order will be cancelled.

 

WHO WILL BE SHIPPING MY ORDER?

We package our product in the studio and ship orders via Australia Post or Fastway couriers.  

 

IS SHIPPING FREE?

YES. All orders will ship for FREE within Australia and New Zealand

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES. To many locations. Please email info@kambamboo.com for more information. Please note we are unable to ship cushion covers with inserts outside Australia.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days of receipt of payment.

When shipping by Australia Post, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

When shipping by Fastway couriers, delivery may take 1-5 days within Australia.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking details will be emailed to you. You can follow your tracking number when your oredr is sent. If a parcel returns to us marked 'Return to Sender' or is 'Carded' by our Courier company, there will be a $20 processing and re-posting fee to send it to you again.
